Liners are an important and integral part of installation from both safety and efficiency requirements. In particular, liners are used when a flue has failed an integrity test and may be leaking fumes into a room of a property or neighbouring flue. Liners are also used if a flue is over 12 meters in length as set out in BS5871 regardless of the integrity.

Please take time to read some of our details on Liners and fan systems and the considerations on the type of fuels you may be using.
